Inflatable pipe stoppers for welding isolation
Aquasol I-Purge Isolator inflatable pipe stoppers form a low-pressure seal inside pipe to isolate a work area during welding or to close an open end against dirt and debris. The reusable bladder design is available in single-size and multi-size configurations for fabrication work across the USA and Canada.
Choose the appropriate stopper and harness for the pipe diameter and work conditions. Systems cover sizes from 2 to 58 in. (51–1473 mm), with interchangeable components and quick-connect fittings that support assembly, replacement and future expansion.

Harness and protection options
The standard system uses a 10 ft. heat-resistant hose/harness. Longer lengths are available where routing, preheating or elevated-temperature welding requires additional separation from the heat-affected zone. Optional pressure gauge and ball-valve kits provide pressure monitoring and help guard against over-inflation.
Protective covers and hose sleeves are available for heat, flame and molten-splash exposure. Specify the pipe size, harness length and working environment when requesting a quote.

Choose inflatable pipe stoppers when the job calls for one-sided, low-pressure isolation or closing a pipe end.
