Description
Aquasol extended high-heat harnesses replace the standard bridge harness on I-Purge and I-Purge X purge bladder systems to put more distance between the bladder modules and the weld. Use one for preheat, elevated-temperature procedures, or when the purge zone needs to be wider.
The harness carries the inflation and purge hoses inside a protective, heat-resistant outer sleeve, and its flexible, kink-resistant construction routes through elbows and tees.

Frequently asked questions
When do I need an extended harness?
When the standard harness would leave the bladder modules too close to the heat — for example with preheat, elevated interpass temperatures, or when the dams must sit further from the joint. A longer harness moves the modules further from the heat-affected zone.
Does the extended harness fit I-Purge X as well as I-Purge?
Yes. The ABLD-ELH harnesses are listed as accessories for both Aquasol I-Purge (ABLD) and I-Purge X (XABLD) systems.
What is the ABLD-CNADP?
A 1/4 in. female MPT to 1/4 in. female BSPP adapter for connecting to BSPP gas fittings.
